Acquisition of new School Bus

At Koinonia Education Centre, more than half of our students are day students who require daily transportation to and from school. As our student body grows, we are experiencing an increasing number of students traveling from areas farther afield, including Naivasha. To accommodate this growing need and ensure the safe and reliable transportation of all students, we are aiming to acquire an additional school bus.

Our existing transportation fleet is nearing capacity, and we are witnessing a growing number of students from areas outside of Maai Mahiu. The additional bus will help manage the increased demand and improve overall transportation efficiency. Without adequate transportation, students from further locations may face challenges attending school regularly, impacting their educational experience and overall school participation.

Enhance Transportation: Provide reliable and safe transportation for day students, including those coming from distant locations.

Accommodate Growth: Address the increasing demand for transportation services due to a rise in students from areas beyond the immediate vicinity.

Ensure Student Safety: Maintain high standards of safety and comfort for students during their daily commutes.

Student Impact: Without adequate transportation, students from further locations may face challenges attending school regularly, impacting their educational experience and overall school participation.

Funding Sources: We seek funding from donors, community partners, and supporters to cover the costs of the new bus and ensure its successful integration into our transportation system.
